Review permission-related product updates

Available with any of the following subscriptions, except where noted:

You can review the latest permission-related product updates directly from your Users & Teams settings. These updates appear in a side panel so you can understand recent permission changes without navigating away from the page. This helps you stay informed about updates while managing or reviewing your user permission setup.

Permissions required Super Admin permissions are required to review permission-related product updates.

To view permission-related product updates:

  1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Users & Teams.
  3. In the top right, click the campaignsIcon announcement icon.

  1. In the right panel, review the update name, its priority, and the date it entered beta or went live.
    • To filter updates, click the Priority dropdown menu. By default, all priorities are selected. Clear the checkboxes next to the priorities you don't want to view.
    • To view more details, click the name of the update.
    • To exit the right panel, in the top right, click X.
